What a beautiful day on Saturday for a gorgeous couple.
Suzie and Francois have been married for the last 2 years but have never had the chance to celebrate with their Australian family and friends as they live in France.
Suzie is a dancer with Moulin Rouge and Francois is a percussionist and it was great to see people coming together from opposite sides of the planet. There were guests from France, Scotland and England along with the Australian contingent all getting together at the Ballina Beach resort for this special event. There was french bubbly galore throughout the day.
Even had the chance to have a little taste myself, thanks Francois.

I just found this interesting link on pricing for a photographic business. Might be of interest to any budding photographers out there. http://www.jessicafeely.com/blog/?page_id=707 or to anyone that wants to know why good photographers charge what they do.
Also this one from Going Pro on “How to know when you are ready to Go Pro?” http://goingpro2010.com/?p=646

I’ve been doing a Post Grad course on Digital Design part-time at Griffith for the last year so I thought I would share one of the outcomes from my last unit. We were doing a unit on Illustrator and Photoshop and here is one of my photoshop composites.

All images are mine from a trip to India in 2006 except the lightning which I purchased from IStockPhoto.

Amy and Anthony tied the knot on the 13 March 2010. After a month of rain, we were blessed when it cleared up for the day and only had a few intermittent light showers. It was a great day on Anthony’s parents property at Gundurimba, just outside of Lismore. Here’s a sneak preview.
Hope you are enjoying married life so far. What a gorgeous couple you made on the day.
All the best,
Shani

Lauren and James were married on Saturday 9th January at Lauren’s families properties in Alstonville. It was a dreamy setting in the country by a creek and we got some good shots afterwards in the rainforest area even enduring the onslaught of mossies. Here’s just a sneak preview and I will get the rest online this week.
All the best.

This was another October wedding.
Both Benita and Luke are good friends of mine and it was a great day.
It started out a bit sketchy with another grey Melbourne day and then the sun came out for the wedding and everything went smoothly.
Little Oscar looked adorable in his little tux.
It was also great to do some urban shots on Melbourne trams and in-front of graffitti and on the streets of Nth Fitzroy. So much fun to revisit old haunts.
The ceremony took place on the reserve where they met.
Thanks for letting me be a part of it guys.
xx

Well now it is time to show you some of my last weddings from 2009.
This one was shot in October and it was a wedding with a difference. It was great fun to see the bride and groom let loose and fly of the trapeze at the Byron Entertainment Centre. Trying to get the best angle I also had to climb up the 20 feet to the top of the stand and then jump down after them. Fortunately someone else took my camera down for me. Keith also announced the bride with his own rendition of here comes the bride on the didgeridoo.
Happy couple was Lise and Keith and I think they had a great day. Good luck for the future.

Hi everyone,
I’ve just moved house and have relocated to the Gold Coast. Don’t worry I will still be shooting all those weddings that were previously booked in Lismore but will now be expanding North. Things are looking up and sunny and hopefully this will be a good move. I’ll keep you informed.
